I have broadband connection which provides me internet through same line. Kindly help me resolve this please. Log and script is attached for reference. SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/05/2009 09:14 PM That would be either a modem related problems or a problem with the telephone lines themselves. In general Modems have all sorts of problems and that is why we do not recommend using them. Attached tarce shows one call that was reported by the modem and VoiceGuide answered that call and took caller through the script with no errors. Share this post Link to post
