Guest researcher Report post Posted 06/08/2009 08:57 AM My modem Intel V92 Ham Data Fax Voice is tested to support caller ID through Hyperterminal. But the same does not detect caller ID when attending the rings received by Voice Guide. I am using version 5 of Voice Guide. The log shows Inband detection not anabled. Any way out please? SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/09/2009 04:22 AM You really would need to contact the modem manufacturer. Each modem is a bit different then another. You could experiment with using different settings for the modem. Some people use "Rockwell Voice Modem" driver settings. You are likely to spend a lot of time on this with no solution.
