Dont Want To Have To Use # Key To Terminate Input

Hi,

 

Can I change the standard voicemail script (VG 6.0.3233) so I can just enter my 4 digit ID and then PIN without having to terminate the input by pressing the # key?

 

If so what change do I make to the script.

Yes, it is possible to change the Voicemail scripts. You will need to use the Enterprise class license to be able to change the scripts.

 

You will need to change the GetNumber modules that ask for the voicemail box ID setting the "Maximum number entered length" to 4 in those modules.

eg: module VmLoginAskVmb in script vmLogin.vgs
