Outdialer: Will Not Load Xml File

Our VG 7.09 Outdialer is not loading the Outdial_new.xml file that is in the \DATA file folder. Also, the 'Load Phone Numbers' button on the Dial List Load is greyed out. Xml file attached.

Please .ZIP up and post the vgEngine and Dialer app trace files and indicate at what times the new XML file was created and at what time you observed the greyed out button.

vgEngine traces show messages like this:

 

175420.747 5 ERROR v7.0.3415.28902 (2009-05-08 15:03:23.86) Db_Open GetFactory : Could not load file or assembly 'VistaDB.NET20, Version=3.4.1.69, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=dfc935afe2125461' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

 

Looks like the default database driver is not correctly installed on this system, and hence the entire outbound calls database is not even set up.

 

Recommend you first try reinstalling VoiceGuide. Then see if this error is still occurring after reinstall.

 

Is there other software installed on this system apart from Windows+Dialogic+VoiceGuide ?

We did re-install V7.09, but the VoiceGuide service would not start.

 

Then, we installed V7.07, and it is now working!

 

Can you explain this?

Sorry, I meant to say V7.06 is the one that works, not 7.07.

We'd need to see traces to be able to comment as to what is happening.

 

If you can setup remote access to this system we can have a look at it to try to establish why v7.0.9 cannot load the VistaDB.NET20 driver.
