SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/06/2009 10:50 PM vgEngine traces show messages like this: 175420.747 5 ERROR v7.0.3415.28902 (2009-05-08 15:03:23.86) Db_Open GetFactory : Could not load file or assembly 'VistaDB.NET20, Version=3.4.1.69, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=dfc935afe2125461' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) Looks like the default database driver is not correctly installed on this system, and hence the entire outbound calls database is not even set up. Recommend you first try reinstalling VoiceGuide. Then see if this error is still occurring after reinstall. Is there other software installed on this system apart from Windows+Dialogic+VoiceGuide ? If you can setup remote access to this system we can have a look at it to try to establish why v7.0.9 cannot load the VistaDB.NET20 driver.
