Guest robynnc Report post Posted 06/30/2009 07:28 PM I changed the ticker to "1" in the dialogic card and rotated the dial to "1". That cleared the Line status monitor but when I call it gives me a busy signal. Then, I changed the ticker on the dialogic card back to where it was at "0" and the dial to "0"; it still showed "credit card payment' in the inbound script. So, I changed the sound files in the "credit card payment" script to my sound files I recorded saying what I needed it to say. When I used my cell phone to call into the lab phone in which voiceguide is connected to, it rang then picked up and all I heard was static. I pressed a number and it recorded the number, played static, then hung up the call. What does this mean? What should I do? Thank you Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 06/30/2009 09:27 PM I changed the ticker to "1" in the dialogic card and rotated the dial to "1". Neither of these settings affect how VoiceGuide operates once it is started. That cleared the Line status monitor What do you mean by "cleared the Line status monitor" ? but when I call it gives me a busy signal. Was VoiceGuide started at the time? Sound like it was not running at all if you got the busy signal. it rang then picked up and all I heard was static. Sounds like the sound files were not recorded by you in the right format.
