SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/04/2009 09:13 PM If you want to connect to Vonage directly over VoIP then you will need to install Dialogic HMP and VoiceGuide v7. Then configure the VoIP connection parameters in the Config.xml file. See: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...dialogichmp.htm http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/ht...ip_register.htm Vonage usually supply VoIP<->Analog converter when you subscribe to their service, and you can also just plug the output of that Vonage box direct into a Dialogic card. In this setup you would just need a Dialogic card and VoiceGuide v7. Please post if you have further questions. Share this post Link to post

pookieframe Report post Posted 07/06/2009 03:25 PM I have read the info you linked for me, but am still at a loss. There's no info tere for Vonage. I guess I should state that I am a newbie and probably need my hand held through this Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/06/2009 09:06 PM Did Vonage supply the telephone adapter for you? This is the box into which you can just plug an analog telephone into. The line which goes from that box would just be plugged into the Dialogic card instead of being plugged into the phone. To setup direct login into your Vonage phone account over VoIP (without using a physical Dialogic card) you will need the SIP login details for your account. You will need to contact Vonage to obtain them. Share this post Link to post
