Pri Lines Are Getting Busy

Hello,

 

 

we are using D/300JCT-E1 PRI Line Dialogic card. it having 30 lines. whenever i called to my ivrs sometimes calls are picked up otherwise it getting busy sometimes second or third time call is pick up. i didnt get why it happens we are developing IVRS in vc++ 6.0
