allstatesmed Report post Posted 07/20/2009 09:37 PM Using VG version #7.0.9 I've created a script (see attached) that would play a short sound file, capture a person's dialed numbers. Depending on whether it succeeds or fails, it will go to another module with a short sound file that says "fail" or "success." When I make the calls and try to enter numbers, it doesn't seem to ever go to the "success" module. After the numbers I've entered, I've tried hitting # and * but it still goes to the fail module. SupportTeam Report post Posted 07/21/2009 10:53 PM There are many calls included in the traces so not sure which call we should be looking at, but the few calls we saw all show that no DTMF keypresses are detected by the Dialogic card. This is most likely due to a bad DTMF tone being sent by the phone used or by the line imepdance mismatch. Can you setup a script consisting of just a single record module and the dial in and press all the DTMF tones on your phone and then .ZIP up and post the recording of the DTMF tones as received by the Dialogic card.
