Fax Not Working

HI using xml to load the fax job.

 

The fax request is loaded and VG just waiting. It is not sending the job.

 

I have download the latest version of VG and have drop and recreate the My Sql tables as well.

 

It is still not working... please see attached for log files, xml file example and config file.

Pleae do the following:

 

1. Stop VG.

2. Drop all tables in the DB

3. Place attached Db_Create_MySql.Data.MySqlClient.sql file in C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\setup\, overwriting existing file. (UNZIP attached fiel first!)

4. Start VG. VG will now recreate the tables on MySQL.

5. Try loading the XML again.

Does this mean I did to apply the fix to very re-install of vg I do in the future?

The updated Db_Create_MySql.Data.MySqlClient.sql will be in all future releases.

Just wanted to clarify. When you say "will be in future releases", you meant to say that the Db_Create_MySql.Data.MySqlClient.sql will be included in your future version of VG or future releases of the same version we're having now?

Both. All future v7 versions released will contain this fix.
