If I use "Pascagoula Schools" instead of their number for the caller ID, it displays "UNKNOWN CALLER" . You are currently setting the CallerID Number on the outbound calls made, but would also like to set the CallerID Name on the outbound calls? Are you using ISDN lines? jewillis Report post Posted 07/27/2009 03:33 AM Yes - I need the CALLER ID NAME (I am currently setting the CALLER ID NUMBER). This for outbound calls on ISDN lines. I use two D/480JCT-2T1 (two servers each with 46 lines, for a total of 92 lines). Provider is Qwest communicaitons Jeff Share this post Link to post
