kempvet Report post Posted 08/09/2009 05:10 AM I have moved my d/41epci dialogic board to a new server Windows 2003 and have done the fixes suggested in other posts to get the dialogic card working, Voiceguide VoiceGuide v6.0.3390 with Dialogic SR5.1.1 SP1 drivers, everything works, but there is only one problem. When I call from the mobile phone (or any phone) line to test the board nothing hapens, the "waitng for a call" state never changes. Is there any way to know where to start to investigate this. I am located in Australia, but I assume that the default board settings would work (I have changed the country to Australia). Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/09/2009 08:11 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the call, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then make a test call. Debug Trace files should be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. Please post the traces. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
