Here is the problem with credit card transaction you need addtional information like name and Address and just beyond the authorization i need the information for service related functions. SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/26/2003 01:05 AM To get Name and Address the caller is usually just asked to record these - and the recorded information is then listened and transcribed manually. The recording may be done in a series of prompts, eg: "Please say your full name and press pound key when you have finished" "Please say your street address and press pound key when you have finished" "Please say your city or suburb and press pound key when you have finished" "Please say your ZIP code and press pound key when you have finished" Share this post Link to post
