I have a D/4PCI that is connected to that line,actually 4 lines. So I want to record that 4 incoming lines all the time. Is it possible with voiceguide 4? or do I have to buy voiceguide 6? SupportTeam Report post Posted 08/19/2009 10:03 AM This would be possible with VG v7. The D/4PCI card should be usable with the Dialogic SR6.0 drivers and hence with VG v7. Is the voice connection really 24/7? Is this an internal call that does not go through a Telco? Share this post Link to post
