SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/08/2009 11:57 AM It appears that you are using an older version of the VoiceGuide ACD Agent application (vgAgent).Please download the current vgAgent from here: [old link removed]And post traces created by that new version if you continue to have problems.Please post the vgEngine traces from the VoiceGuide server as well.
