SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/17/2009 10:42 PM We have not come across any such issues or had anybody else report them. If this is happening on the very first sound file played after answering the call then perhaps the PBX/Telco is not setting up the voice path immediately after call is connected. This sometimes happens on ISDN lines if call is answered immediately after arriving at system. The simplest workaround in those cases is just add a second or two of silence at beginning of the first sound file played when the call is answered. If you are encountering a different problem and you can reproduce this problem with a particular sound file or script then please post the sound file, script used and traced (.ZIPed) and we can see what is happening on system.
