Supposedly, Qwest is passing through a 4 digit code, using inband signaling, that will indicate the phone #. In the attached log files, the code should be 1000. SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/18/2009 03:16 AM Trace shows no DTMF tones were received by the Dialogic card after call was picked up. So looks like the inband signaling is not being sent. You can check for inband signaling yourself as well - just attach a normal telephone handset to the phone line and pick up the handset and listed when a new call arrives. If you can hear DTMF tones immediately after picking up the handset then the inband signaling is sent. And if you cannot hear any DTMF tones immediately after picking up the handset then the inband signaling is not being sent. Share this post Link to post
