SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/30/2009 09:53 PM Could you please .ZIP up and post a vgEngine log file from before the update to _090925 version was made. We can then see which version you had on system beforehand (which was working for you) and can look at the changes made between those two versions. Share this post Link to post
jewillis Report post Posted 09/30/2009 10:09 PM On server 1 the last version that was working with inbound scripts was vgEngine version: 7.0.2940.15884 (RELEASE Build) I upgraded from that to vgEngine version : 7.1.3555.27455 to be consistent with server 2 (below) On server 2 the last version that was working was vgEngine version: 7.0.3427.32874 (RELEASE Build). I did not use inbound scripts, so I can not tell if they were working. This was upgraded to vgEngine version : 7.1.3555.27455 to fix the escalation issues After both serves were upgraded they had the identical issues. I have rolled back to 7.0.2940.15884 - sacrificing escalation for stability Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/30/2009 10:11 PM Could you also please .ZIP up and post the ktTel trace as well (the one capturing the error). Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/30/2009 10:58 PM Thanks for the ktTel trace. The trace showed that there was a problem in the RECORD type module. We have now fixed this Record module issue and the version with this fix is available for download here: [old link removed] Share this post Link to post
