SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/30/2009 11:29 PM The current model Dialogic D/4PCI is: D/4PCIUF You should ensure that the card that you are buying is at least a D/4PCIU model. The older D/4PCI may not be usable with VoiceGuide v7. You can test by seeing if the "Dialogic drivers for VoiceGuide v7" detect the card. If the card is detected by the drivers then the card can be used with v7. Upgrade terms and how credit for existing license is calculated is detailed listed at the bottom of the WWW Orders page. EAGLEPRO Report post Posted 10/02/2009 05:17 PM So what your telling me is that I should not buy the D/4pci. If that's the case, then you should remove it from your list of cards that "work". These things are not usually returnable. That's allot of money for someone to spend on something that could be pretty much useless. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/04/2009 08:21 AM v6 can still be purchased. v6 will work with D/4PCI card. v7 is better the v6, and is the same price, so most customers who upgrade upgrade to v7, not v6.
