SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/01/2009 10:20 PM Looks like the information flag indicating if the call on the line is in inbound call or an outbound call did not get cleared when the call was finished. This might be a symptom of something else not being done properly. Could you please .ZIP up and post the ktTel and the vgEngine trace files which cover the 10/1 midday till 3pm time during which those calls were made. We can then see what happened on the lines in question and how come the in/out flag was not cleared. Share this post Link to post
