Line Status Monintor Inout Column

I have noticed that in the list status monintor several lines say OUT while idle. Is this normal. I ask because when dialing out, i notices these lines were skipped

Looks like the information flag indicating if the call on the line is in inbound call or an outbound call did not get cleared when the call was finished. This might be a symptom of something else not being done properly.

 

Could you please .ZIP up and post the ktTel and the vgEngine trace files which cover the 10/1 midday till 3pm time during which those calls were made. We can then see what happened on the lines in question and how come the in/out flag was not cleared.

The call direction flag bug should now be fixed in this version of VoiceGuide: [old link removed]

Please test with this version and confirm whether this addresses the issue observed here.
