Guest btuser Report post Posted 10/07/2009 07:23 AM Hello, We have built up a test system with following configuration: - VoiceGuide Software - Dialogic HMP Driver Software, Version 3.0. Our VoIP System is a Asteriks based server. Unfortunately, we could not establish a connection to our VoIP server. The VoiceGuide Status Monitor doesnt shows the lines which was configured as described in the manuals. We have also detected by using Wireshark, that there is no outgoing connection to our voip server. And another issue: if we try to start the “IP Media Server Demo” give us following error: Error : CIPTModule::Init -> gc_OpenEx failed to get IPT board Error: CIPModule ::Init - > failed to ititialize IPT board :N_iptB1:P_IP All systems are running well, therefor we dont know what is wrong. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/07/2009 08:24 AM The ktTel trace shows that the system could not even start the basic Dialogic services: 090347.855 26368 ERROR gc_start Have you enabled all the options when installing HMP? You need to manually select at least the "Core Runtime Package" option during the HMP installation process - on the "Select Features" page during HMPs installation. Probably best to just select all of them. Suggest you uninstall HMP, then restart system then install HMP again. Test if HMP works using the "IP Media Server Demo”, and then once that is working then reinstall VoiceGuide. Share this post Link to post
Guest btuser Report post Posted 10/08/2009 06:30 AM We have uninstalled and installed HMP many times, but the result was the same as before. However, we have detected that the hosts file does not exists on the machine. After creating this file, the “IP Media Server Demo” was working without error.
