SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/08/2009 05:58 AM It is used to indicate whether the outbound call is to be made as a fully automated 'auto-dialer' type call, or whether this call is part of a predictive-dialer or preview-dialer etc type campaigns that are used in a call center environment and whose scheduling is affected by factors other then just those included in the callque/porttouse tables. (eg: agent availability etc.) The default value of 0 is used to indicate an auto-dialer call. Share this post Link to post
