umya Report post Posted 10/13/2009 06:23 PM Hi, I have installed trial version with HMP drivers and testing it out for outbound drivers. The host file is set with the SIP provider but the HMP drivers seems to be causing problem. VG is not making any outgoing calls. Installed and reinstalled several times. Please help. SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/13/2009 07:15 PM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Trces which captures the system startup and the outgoing call, this will allow us to see what happened. Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/13/2009 08:41 PM Calls sent over VoIP links need to have the destination number specified in IP format: TelNumber@IpAddressOfSipGateway eg: 14015596931@174.129.25.102 Then VoiceGuide knows to which IP address to send the VoIP call to. VoiceGuide/HMP can register with any number of different VoIP gateways, so it is necessary to specify through which one the outgoing calls should be sent. Also, VoiceGuide does not limit the sending of outgoing calls to be done through the registered gateways only, VoiceGuide will send call to whatever IP address you specify. Also, you may need to specify the actual IP addresses in the Config.xml's Registration and Authorization entries. Share this post Link to post
