Vg 7 Does Not Accept Arabic Text

Hi,

 

VG v7 doesn't accept an audio file that named in arabic language when I use it within the scripts, as it did the previous revision VG 6, So when the code is run I hear an error message, it can't play the audio file, but in v6 it's working.

Could you please .ZIP up and post one of the sound files named in Arabic.

 

Which version of Windows are you using? Is it a special Arabic version or did you just need to select the Arabic language support from the Regional Setting options, and then selected the Arabic input locale?

Yes, I just need to select the arabic language support from the Regional Setting options, and then selected the Arabic input locale.

Would you be able to post the VoiceGuide trace files capturing the (attempted) playing of this file?

Do you perhaps have the traces from v6 available as well so that we can compare them with v7 traces from your system?
