EAGLEPRO Report post Posted 10/21/2009 04:58 PM How do I view ALL CALLS in Log viewer. I can only find VM calls in the "System" folder. I found the CDR files, but that only shows the call up to Answer. I want to see what a caller does between Answer and Voicemail. Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/21/2009 07:27 PM The .vgl files that are viewed using the Log Viewer application are per-script. The .vgl files log the progress of the call through the particular script. So to see what the caller did 'between Answer and Voicemail' have a look a the .vgl log of the script that is ran on call answer. Share this post Link to post
EAGLEPRO Report post Posted 10/21/2009 07:55 PM That was easy. Thank you Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 10/21/2009 10:54 PM Also, the RVs created during the call can be saved in the CDR logs, if the entry CDR_LastData_SaveRv is set to 1 in the [Log] section of the vg.ini file: [Log] CDR_LastData_SaveRv=1 The .vgl files are basically just a collection of RVs created during each call - so you should get same data in the CDR if you enable the above vg.ini setting.
