The error in the log file is: "171344.968 8 7 4 ERROR: COM interface not supported in this version." The system was working well without license. Then, we buy the license, I installed it, and then we have this problem. You will need to purchase an Enterprise type license if you would like ot use the COM interface. Please use the online WWW order form to place the order and in the Comments section indicate that this is an upgrade from existing Professional license.
