Telephone Number Loader - Unexpected Error, Quitting

Hi All,

 

We've downloaded and installed VoiceGuide for TAPI v5.2.5049. After configuration setup we have a problem in Telephone number loader when we click dial an error msg pops up "Unexpected error; quitting". Do anyone have faced similar kind of issue? If anyone have faced kindly advice us please.

So the error occurs not during installation, but when running the Telephone Number Loader application, correct?

We've changed the topic to reflect the actual issue.

 

Which version of Windows are you using?

 

Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the Telephone Number Loader startup, this will allow us to see what happened.

 

Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below:

 

[Log]

VoiceGuide=0

NumberLoader=10

VoicemailManager=0

EmailSender=0

TapiWrapOcx=0

SapiWrapOcx=0

 

Then start the Telephone Number Loader app.

 

Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory.

 

Please post the traces.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

Also, if you are doing outbound dialing then it's recommended to use a Dialogic card (and hence use VoiceGuide v6 or v7). Only Dialogic cards deliver decent results for outbound dialing applications.
