Transfer Call Problem

Hello,

 

I AM USING PABX AND VOICEMODEM TO USE IN VG. ACTUALLY EVERYTHING IS SETUP AND RUN.

 

WHEN VG TRANSFER CALL (BLIND) OR (ANNOUNCE) CALLER CAN HEAR MUSIC FROM MY PABX. AFTER A SHORT WHILE, CALLER GOT DISCONNECTED.

 

I HAVE TRY TRANSFER USING MANUAL, IT WORKS AND CALLER CAN SPEAK TO OTHER EXTENTION. IF WE ARE USING ANNOUNCE TRANSFER, AFTER VG TRANSFER I CAN HEAR FROM MY COMPUTER " PRESS 1 TO ACCEPT OR PRESS OTHER KEY TO REJECT" THAT MSG MUST BE ON EXTENTION THAT THE VG TRANSFER BUT IT PLAY ON MY COMPUTER SOUND CARD.

 

 

HELP ME PLEASE.

Which version of VoiceGuide are you using?

 

If using v4.9 or later, then in VG.INI, section [PBX] please ensure that the "TransferControl_Modem" is set to "Generate".

 

If that still does not work please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the problem, this may allow us to see what is going wrong.

 

(When running the script click on VoiceGuide's View menu and select 'Event Trace Log' option - any log information will then appear in this window. You must open the trace window before making the call.)
