Guest Joe Paiva Report post Posted 09/30/2003 11:55 AM We ran initial tests with a modem and VG worked fine. We have used D/4PCI boards with other apps and had them work fine. However, this one seems to be really kicking us around. Any insight you may have would be greatly appreciated. 073146.47 7 linedevstate 2048 0 0 073146.48 7 callstate OFFERING 65757 0 4 073146.48 7 Lev_CallerID [200,] 073146.50 7 callinfo CALLEDID 073146.50 7 callinfo ORIGIN 073146.50 7 ring 0 073152.48 7 ring 2 073152.48 7 Answer the call at 9/30/2003 7:31:52 AM 073152.48 7 lineAnswer(65757) => 65740 073153.03 7 callstate CONNECTED 65757,1,0 073153.03 7 WorkingModeTAPI@Connected= 073153.03 7 WorkingModeScript@Connected= 073153.06 7 Inband detection not enabled 073153.06 7 StartLoadedVgs at 9/30/2003 7:31:53 AM 073153.06 7 tapi Reply (LineEvReply) ok 65740 0 073153.06 7 [Welcome] Number Input 073153.08 7 [Welcome] Playing (C:\Program Files\ProPromptsVGM1·1\system\voice\VmbWelcomeMsgDefault.wav) 073153.08 7 PlaySoundStart err=[0 play PlaySoundStart ResetWavOutAndContinuePlay=>2] file[C:\Program Files\ProPromptsVGM1·1\system\voice\VmbWelcomeMsgDefault.wav] 073153.08 7 PlaySoundStart line[7] err=[0 wavec waveOutOpen(0x0, 0x0, 0x1ff1a98, 0x0, 0x0, 0x1) => 2 (MMSYSERR_BADDEVICEID) - format query] [C:\Program Files\VoiceGuide\system\voice\ErrorPlayingFile.wav] 073153.09 7 For Dialogic use: PCM 11Khz 8bit Mono 073153.09 7 Hanging up call... SupportTeam Report post Posted 09/30/2003 12:00 PM Have you installed the Dialogic's Wave drivers? (as per instructions in Help file, online link to Dialogic Install page is: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/html/Inst...allDialogic.htm If re-installing the Dialogic wave drivers does not work can you try removing all the wave drives on your system (including any sound card drivers) and then re-installing the wave drivers for your telephony device first. To remove other wave drivers got to Control Panel, double clock on System, select the Device Manager tab and go to Sound/Video/Game Controllers entry - then delete all other wave drivers. You may have to disable the sound card altogether as well to stop Windows from automatically loading it's drivers - to do this just select "Disable" and then select "Uninstall" from the Device Manager.
