iTime Report post Posted 12/19/2009 12:20 AM Dear Support, I have installed Dialogic D/240JCT-T1 and its drivers, then installed VoiceGuide Ver.7 (latest) The Status monitor shows "Waiting for call..." messages, but whenever I try to call, I get busy signal. Did I configure something wrong? The T-1 line is plugged in and the card shows green light. I am attaching Log files along with my configuration file (config.xml). it is 24 ports, but I just configured 5 of them for testing. Please let me know what is wrong. Thanks in advance for your help. SupportTeam Report post Posted 12/19/2009 06:50 AM The current Config.xml file you have is setup to open analog ports on analog cards, not digital ISDN ports on a D/240JCT card. Please see example Config.xml files in VG's \conf\ subdirectory which show settings for ISDN systems. Also please ensure that the Dialogic drivers used are the ones that are on our WWW Downloads page, and test the T1 ISDN connection using ISDIAG as described here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/configisdnsetup.htm in the "Testing ISDN Line" section.
