Guest TheyCalled Paul Report post Posted 01/12/2010 09:58 PM HI, I just upgraded my VG to the newest release I have a problem. When I look into the Line Status Monitor I see calls which can last thousands of minutes. Callers dial into our system, we then dial out and connect the call. We saw this a little with the older release but never like this. I have my other VG system call this one every 10 minutes and we are getting busy signals though we are not using more than 1 line. Attached is my log file and script. Yesterday it threw an unhandled exception which I resolved by stopping and restarting VG. It's running on a windows2003 server with dialogic cards. Thanks, Paul Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/12/2010 10:51 PM Could you please post traces and script. They did not get attached to previous post. Could you also please indicate on which line the call was or at what time the call was started or was finished, so that we know where to find the relevant section of trace. Guest TheyCalled Paul Report post Posted 01/13/2010 07:16 AM Here you go. I thought they were uploaded before but I forgot to add to post. Dialout and Transfered - Monitored does not dial out it has an error.. I have not resscripted in a really long time. Just a version upgrade. Paul Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/14/2010 11:23 AM Looks like the VoiceGuide line admin task does not know the outbound call has not succeeded, and does not allow new outboind calls on that line as it thinks that there is a current call on that line. There is in fact no connected call on that line. The mistake is with the line admin tack thinking that there is an active call. The attached trace does not show the outbound call on port 1 that resulted in leaving that line in state where the VoiceGuide line admin task does not know the outbound call has not succeeded. Are you able post the traces (ktTel and vgEngine) which capture the problem outbound call being made on that line? 110236.528 13 2 1 wcf IPortStatus Action_Hangup call. iPort=1 110236.528 13 2 1 HangupCall, source=LineStatusWcf, WorkModeScript=Running_Dialing, yLineStateAppPov=[Dialing], lPlayId=0, lRecId=0 110236.528 13 2 1 ScriptWorkingMode set Stopping, (called from HangupCall) 110236.528 13 2 1 ls set Disconnect_Pending (scriptstate=LS_ENDINGCALL) 110236.528 13 2 1 state Hanging up... Guest TheyCalled Paul Report post Posted 01/14/2010 07:23 PM I have log files from every day and am not sure which one matches the print screen. The system is crashing every few hours now. Guest TheyCalled Paul Report post Posted 01/14/2010 10:07 PM Please read me first. I have traced the error. If I use DIALOUT and MONITOR it crashes... DIALOUT and BLIND is fine. this script was dialout and monitor - SUPPORT PATH. c3.vgs FYI.. If you can remove my scripts/attachments so others can not download them it would be great. SupportTeam Report post Posted 01/25/2010 12:03 PM So switching from "DIALOUT and MONITOR" to "DIALOUT - BLIND" fixed both the msvcr90.dll errors and the incorrect call time reporting? Traces show that VoiceGudie continues to receive events from the Dialogic card, so not sure on what thread the msvcr90.dll would have occurred. Aee you able to see the timestamps of the msvcr90.dll errors? For the record here is the relevant trace extract: 082758.811 6 67 23 state [sUPPORT] Monitored Dial and Connect to 13608962157 082758.826 6 7 3 state Dialing 13608962157... 082801.123 19 7 3 ev Dialogic 2081,GCEV_ALERTING, crn=28000eb, 2081,0,0,,, 082801.123 19 7 3 state Dialing 13608962157...
