Looping Transfer Call

Sir Good morning!I made a module with transfer call from the extension line, also i made a module that get the choices by pressing 1 and 2,but when the line to be called or the transfer to be called is busy or hang up ,the line back to the sounds module when get choices by press 1 and 2. How can i inform the caller if the line is busy by playing sounds? do i need to use scipt? How?.Can you also help me how to use script and connect it to vg. thanks hope you help me with this kind of problem.Im only begginner i hope sir you understand,thanks anyway!

VoiceGuide can detect if the tone heard on the line is the Busy tone. You can use a "on {Busy} ..." path to handle that situation.
