Guest prabum01 Report post Posted 02/03/2010 09:06 AM Hi, We are using following Dialogic card D/4PCIUF. DTMF tone is enabled in the line and it is connected directly to dialogic card without PBX. We tested dialogic demo application and caller id is not available and also its not retrieved from voice guide script variable. Is there any settings required to change in dialogic configuration manager (DCM) or any configuration is required to change in voice guide script? Share this post Link to post

They should have been.
