SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/04/2010 02:48 AM Most PBXs/Switches allow partial enabling of channels on an E1 line, but some will only function if all 30 channels are enabled (or 10 or 20 depending on their configuration). To verify operation you can try just using the Evaluation version and specifying 4 channels in VoiceGuide's Config.xml file, and see if the calls are correctly carried on this trunk while only a partial number of channels is opened/enabled.
