SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/10/2010 08:02 PM Loop current off can be caused by faulty cabling sometimes intermittently breaking the connection (and hence the loop current drop). Loop current drop is also used by Telephone Companies and PBXs to indicate end of call, and this is why VoiceGuide ends the call as well when loop current drop is reported by the Dialogic card. In recent versions of v7 it is possible to ignore this loop current drop and continue the call. Can you post the VoiceGuide trace files (.ZIPed) so that we can confirm what is actually happening on the system and advise correct course of action. Share this post Link to post
