Guest visualbench Report post Posted 02/22/2010 08:22 AM I am using 2 telephone lines of same operator for the Dialogic card D/4 PCI. Channel One(line one) is working well and tsf file generated as channel one as main.Same tsf file not working for the Channel 2(line 2) so unable to dial from both the line simultaneously. Please advise how to use Voice Guide6.0 to solve this problem. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/23/2010 05:15 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the two outgoing call, this will allow us to see what happened Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. What is the tone that you are trying to detect? The disconnect tone? or some other tone? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/24/2010 11:34 AM So the actual issue is that outgoing calls made on line 2 are always classed as if they are being answered by an answering machine, correct? Have you tried swapping the lines around to see if the this is realted the the telephone line or whether this is related to the port on the Dialogic card? Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 02/25/2010 06:50 PM Most likely the phone line that is always returning Answering Machine connection has a poorer connection quality then the phone line that is working.
