Guest prabum01 Report post Posted 03/01/2010 05:13 AM Hi, I have a few questions regarding the type of card to be used and the questions are as follow 1) What type of integration is required for a voiceguide PRI IVRS with Panasonic KX-TDA600SN. 2) To receive or dial 30 calls simultaneously how many PRI cards are required at the PBX and voiceguide server. 3) What Dialogic PRI card(JCT300, DivaPRI CTI or any) will be required for the voiceguide application. Just plug the E1 cable from PBX into the Dialogic card. 2) To receive or dial 30 calls simultaneously how many PRI cards are required at the PBX and voiceguide server. One only. One E1 trunk (PRI) can carry 30 calls simultaneously. 3) What Dialogic PRI card(JCT300, DivaPRI CTI or any) will be required for the voiceguide application.
