What kind of transfer call should be used in order to achieve this, basically i want get the time duration from the start of a user call till the extension user disconnects the phone after replying the customer. SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/01/2010 06:53 PM You need to use the "Dial and Conference" (Tromboned) transfer. When the call is routed through VoiceGuide like this then VoiceGuide can keep track of length of connection (and can optionally record the phone conversation as well). Share this post Link to post
Guest prabum01 Report post Posted 03/02/2010 01:10 PM hi, Now I am able to transfer the call to desired extension but the end user cannot hear the voice after picking up the call, it displays just beep sound.
