Audio Is Choppy

Hello,

 

I have a problem with VoiceGuide 7.0.3695, I finished to set up, I logged in whit asterisk and callmanager but when I called to VoiceGuide Card Payment script answered but the audio was choppy, and I tried to do a outbound campaing but VoiceGuide never called the number.

 

Can you help me?

I assume that you are running a VoIP based system using HMP, correct?

 

Are you able to get steady voice when using the HMP sample programs from Dialogic?

 

Could you also please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the incoming call.

 

Please post the traces.

 

When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments.

Yes I'm using HMP Drivers, I installed it on server 2003 server and Windows XP when I finished to install Dialogic HMP I tested it doing a call to Dialogic server and audio was good, when I installed VoiceGuide IVR on both Machines audio was choppy.

 

 

I have a question how do I do a VoiceGuide's Debug Printout which captures the incoming call?

 

I have the logs from scripts and VoiceGuide service, I attached in this post.

Could you please try calling the VoiceGuide server directly, instead of routing call though other VoIP devices.

 

Just use a softphone like SJ Phone and dial the IP address of the VoiceGuide server directly. Do you still hear choppy audio then?

Please do the tests above using the VoiceGuide default sample "Credit Card Payment" script.

Please post VoiceGuide traces capturing the test call to the system when the default sample "Credit Card Payment" script is used to answer the call.
