We had a problem with adjustment of program VoiceGuide.

The version of the program 6.0.0.3391, the device - Dialogic D/300SC-E1.

We think to get your product, but we can not adjust yet, whether to check up it approaches for us.

You could not help with program options?

What options to us need to be asked the provider?

It looks like you have the E1 ISDN link working on this system, but have problems placing outbound calls. Is this correct?

 

Are you able to place calls into the system and can caller hear the system answer the incoming call?

 

If yes then please post the 'tw' trace (.ZIPed) capturing the incoming call.
