bus23_adc Report post Posted 03/17/2010 10:49 PM Hello, I have a problem with outbound call v 7.0.3695.17666, I registered one line in asterisk, when I called VoiceGuide IVR it answered good then I put on Outbound Call loader a external number and I configured script part but when I click "Load Phone Numbers" buttom it never sent the call, my configuration is the following: number: 956203099 (in phone numbers menu) campaing name: test (in phone numbers menu) scheduler: 0 - Autodialer (in phone numbers menu) script to run when a live person anser is detected: credit card payment (in scripts menu) Do I need to set up anymore? SupportTeam Report post Posted 03/18/2010 08:31 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Debug Traces which captures the system startup and the attempted outgoig call, this will allow us to see what happened. Trace Log files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post
