Registration Not Valid For This Computer

The answering machines keep hanging up and when I came to check, VoiceGuide was not open on the computer. When I tried to bring VoiceGuide back up, I received a 'Registration not valid for this computer' on the desktop.

Include in your email your your registration details and a screenshot showing any error messages (or traces from VG v7).
