Tts Problem

Hello,

 

I'm having troubles with some Voices (LH Michelle and LH Michael), but no with others like Sam or Mary.

I followed the instructions posted here: http://www.voiceguide.com/vghelp/source/html/config_tts.htm.

 

The Operating System is Windows 2003 Service Pack 2

 

The script generate a empty sound file.

 

Attached I send the logs files.

Not sure why L&H TTS engine would not generate the sound file.

 

Most customers use AT&T TTS engines - so would recommend trying these instead.
