Whisper Page

One of my clients has asked for a Whisper page.

We currently - Caller dials one of our numbers, we instantly dialout and connect them. They hear the phone ringing on the other end (and like this)

We tried, Caller dials in, we play music on hold, dial outbound, play announce message, then they connect - Callers dont like this so much. They like hearing it ring

 

A true wisper function, would act like

Caller dials one of our numbers, we instantly dialout and connect them. They hear the phone ringing on the other end . WHen the other party picks up, they hear (our wave file - only the line which is picked up can hear it).

Any ideas how best to do this with VG7?
