Vg 5.2 Not Passing Win 2003 R2 Logo Testing

I am having trouble installing vg 5.2.5 on a Win 2003 R2 server.

The installation fails with an error from windows logo testing.

the only option is to cancel.

 

I have installed the same on a simillar server running Win 2003 R2

without any problems.

 

Is there a way to turn off windows logo testing?

Guess there should be some way to turn off windows logo testing in Windows' User Policies or similar.

 

Are you installing software form an Administrator account?

 

Googling "turn off windows logo testing" may bring up some information.

 

Why are you using v5 instead of v7 and a Dialogic card?

I have turned off the "windows logo testing" through device manager

unfortunatly the error message still occurs.

 

Our third party interfacing software has not been supported since 2003, it will only support a dialogics card.

that is why I am still using vg 5.2.

 

May have to give vg 7 ago if i can't resolve this.

Are you using a Dialogic card? If yes then you should be using either VoiceGuide v6 or v7.
