Dialing Directly To Voice Mail

Hi, i am using voice guide v5 Enterprise edition, and want to call directly to the voicemail, how do i tell voice guide to wait and only play my message after the the person voicemail welcome and beep.

So you want to just send all incoming calls directly to a Voicemial box?

 

You can just use a Play module that does not play anything and has 0 replays, and use a "Timeout 0" path from that module to point to the voicemail box.

Hi, i don't want to send incoming calls to voice mail, but i want to leave a voice mail message on outbound calls, so when the voice mail of the person voice guide is calling out to answers i want to listen until his/her welcome message finishes and the beep then i can play a file and leave a standard voice message that says for example, i tried to call.

You may need to use VoiceGuide v7 and a Dialogic card to be able to do that.
