SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/30/2010 08:42 PM Are you sure you started VoiceGuide after the Dialogic service has fully started? With v6 you need to ensure the Dialogic drivers have started, and only then start VoiceGuide. Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Traces which capture the system startup, this will allow us to see what happened. Enable logging by setting the log levels to 10 in VG.INI as per below: [Log] VoiceGuide=10 NumberLoader=0 VoicemailManager=0 EmailSender=0 TapiWrapOcx=10 SapiWrapOcx=0 Then restart VoiceGuide. Debug Trace files will be created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 04/30/2010 09:09 PM The trace files do not contain anything. Have you changed the Log levels in VG.INI and saved that file before restarting VoiceGuide? Also, which version of Dialogic drivers are you using? Have you tried using the Dialogic drivers for use with v7 of VoiceGuide? (see our Downloads page). Share this post Link to post
invoso.com Report post Posted 05/04/2010 10:39 AM I can't start services on D/41EPCI with DIALOGIC drivers for VG 7.1 because DCM in Add Hardware Wizard doesn't have those card in menu "Choose Family and Model". Share this post Link to post
SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/04/2010 10:46 AM The Dialogic SR.60 drivers do not support the D/41EPCI card. To use the D/41EPCI card you need to use the SR5.1.1 drivers. VoiceGuide v6 works with SR5.1.1 drivers. VoiceGuide v7 works with SR6.0 drivers. So would recommend you install and use SR5.1.1 drivers, or get a current model Dialogic card and use SR6.0 drivers and VoiceGuide v7. Share this post Link to post

SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/04/2010 10:52 PM Scripts written for VoiceGuide v6 will work with VoiceGuide v7. If you do get a current model Dialogic card we would recommend you use v7 instead of v6. v7 is a newer product, has better sound quality, and has additional features. Share this post Link to post
