Sending Email From Text File

Can I send the body of Email from text file like .txt or .doc . If yes, how can I do it? can you give me sample module?

for reference.

 

Example: " I have 3 files A.txt, B.txt, & C.txt , so the VG software can send text mail not attachment email from those file
