waltjones40 Report post Posted 05/09/2010 09:03 PM We have a voicemail system in our hotel that runs under Windows XP Home, SP 2. The system release is SR5.1.1_SP3\build148. The computer died. So, I took the hard drive out of the computer and put it in one with the same chipset to avoid activation issues. After getting that job finished, I started the computer and it started loading our voice mail software, InnLine Express, which after a few minutes bombed out with a "Dialogic Service won't start Error 16383." I have checked the dependencies for the service and it seems all the services are running except for one called Dialogic SRAM Services, which doesn't seem to exist. Our vendor has disappeared and we don't have the software disks. So I'm kind of stuck... I do have a copy of SR5.1.1 SP3, but not the original drivers. Any help will be much appreciated Share this post Link to post
