SupportTeam Report post Posted 05/11/2010 10:13 AM Could you please post a copy of VoiceGuide's Traces which captures the call, this will allow us to see what happened. Debug Trace files are created in VG's \log\ subdirectory. When posting traces/scripts please .ZIP them up and post them as attachments. Are you using an English type version of Windows? What Region are you in and what is the Language selected for use on your computer? What is the Date set to on your computer? Share this post Link to post
