Using Ftp In Voice Mail Section

Team,

I am using Version 4.9.0 Enterprise.

 

I am want to use the FTP portion in the Voice Mail area. Mailbox 20 is checked to upload to the FTP server. On the FTP tab I have entered the info for server, user and password. It is not working. Can you assist me?

Can confirm that FTP uploading of Voicemail messages has been tested and will be included in the upcoming 5.0Beta3 (and onwards).

 

FTP Uploading of voicemail messages will only be enabled in the Evaluation and Enterprise versions of VoiceGuide.

Are you talking about 5.3 Enterprise Version or 4.9 Enterprise version, which I have.

 

I am assuming that you have it in the 4.9 Enterprise Version that it should work correct?
